"Immersion" meeting to build rapport and prepare "Leadership Development Plan"

Launch weekly 60-90 minute calls/video conferences. Utilize supplemental resources as needed.

Continue weekly tracking of client's progress vs. goals

Coaching engagement ends - client and company recognize progress made

Grow Well helps each client prepare a customized "leadership Development Plan." 

The plan identifies goals, benefits of the goals, action steps, supplemental resources,  success measurements,  milestones, and potential challenges and obstacles.
