Tom O’Malley founded Grow Well,  a national leadership development company, because of his passion for helping leaders reach their fullest potential.

Tom is a Certified Executive Coach. He has coached leaders in various industries and company sizes. He is also a public speaker and interview host whose audiences have included companies, entrepreneurs, non-profit organizations and universities.

​

His leadership and coaching skills have been honed over a successful corporate career of building teams, developing strategies, leading organizations and delivering results.

​

For most of his career he served as a President, or a C-Suite executive. As President, he launched a start-up and with the aid of a talented team, grew it to $250M in revenues – leading it through two successful M&A transactions.

 

He is a veteran of The Walt Disney Company and Universal Music Group.

Tom earned his MBA from the University of Chicago.

​

He currently serves on the board of a sports apparel company and actively supports a variety of non-profit organizations. 

 

He lives in Dallas with his wife, Tiffany, and their yellow lab, Wilson. Tom enjoys Fly Fishing, golf, reading and writing.
